The Baltimore Orioles have been one of baseball’s most interesting teams this season.
After falling just short of the postseason last year, the Orioles busted out of the gates in 2023 ready to make some more noise.
Sure enough, they have the best record in the American League at 70-43 and lead the American League East by two games over the Tampa Bay Rays.
On Wednesday, two veterans on the roster celebrated something special.
Pitcher Kyle Gibson and outfielder Aaron Hicks have now officially both been the big leagues for 10 full seasons.
On Twitter, the Orioles posted a video of Hicks and Gibson being congratulated by manager Brandon Hyde and their teammates, as well as receiving some cool gifts for their achievement.

Hyde gave a speech to his veteran players and let him know how proud he was of them.
The Orioles skipper told them that 10 years in the Major Leagues shows a few things about their character.
Hyde told them it showed longevity, determination, confidence, and talent.
The O’s manager expressed how proud he was of his players and the fact that he enjoyed having their veteran presences around in the clubhouse, while also congratulating them for their achievement.
Gibson and Hicks both received some special gifts as well, including framed pictures to celebrate 10 years of service time.
Gibson and Hicks were once teammates with the Minnesota Twins, and Gibson joked about reaching the Majors just a mere day before Hicks had.
But the Orioles celebrated a wonderful moment in the clubhouse with two of their prized veterans.
