Job Summary
The Employment Coordinator primarily
aids with and facilitates the human resource processes within the employment team subunit. This position resolves benefits-related problems
and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. The Human Resource Coordinator makes that processes and policies are
administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that appropriate provisions are followed. This role provides
administrative support to the employment manager and the employment function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This position also provides administrative support to the Employment Manager. This position also provides
administrative support as the front desk staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail. - Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with
a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient
with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Required Qualifications
At least two years related experience
required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP credential preferred.
