Fans of the San Francisco 49ers are hoping that the upcoming 2023 season will be the team’s long-awaited return to glory.
The 49ers have been building a very competitive squad over the last several years, and they now possess one of the most talented, if not the most talented, teams in the NFL.
They released a hype video to get their fans stoked about the new campaign and all the promise that it has.

Last season was a roller-coaster ride that was filled with injuries and some unexpected success.
It began with Trey Lance being declared the team’s starting quarterback, only to see him suffer a season-ending injury in Week 2.
Veteran Jimmy Garoppolo returned to his familiar spot under center, but even with his steady hand, the Niners’ offense was anemic, partly due to a knee injury running back Elijah Mitchell suffered in Week 1.
With San Francisco sitting at 3-3, they made a blockbuster trade that landed Christian McCaffrey, one of the game’s best dual-threat running backs, and he radically changed the complexion of their offense.
A 10-game winning streak quickly followed, and that streak continued without a hitch even when Garoppolo got injured and was replaced by rookie Brock Purdy.
Purdy played brilliantly and took them to the NFC Championship Game where he tore the UCL in his throwing elbow.
He is expected back early next season, and the 49ers’ defense, which was already the best in the NFL, should get even better with the addition of star defensive tackle Javon Hargrave.
Perhaps 2023 will be the season the Niners finally bring their sixth Super Bowl championship home to California.
