The Detroit Lions are far from the most successful franchise in the league, but they’re making big strides to move on from that losing history.
HC Dan Campbell didn’t convince a lot of people early in his career, but he proved to be passionate and fully committed to helping the franchise turn things around once and for all.
He’s gained more followers and fans as the years have gone by, and it’s become evident that his players would run through a wall for him if asked.
Notably, a recent video shared by the Lions’ official Twitter account might show why, as Campbell joined his players during workouts in what has now become a yearly tradition.

Campbell is in top physical shape, and it looks like he could pad up and dominate on the gridiron again if the Lions needed a helping hand next season.
The Lions knocked on the door of the postseason last year, and they look even better this season.
The NFC North Division could be up for grabs now that Aaron Rodgers is no longer with the Green Bay Packers and the Minnesota Vikings let Za’Darius Smith, Adam Thielen, and Dalvin Cook go.
The Lions want to prove that last year’s improvement wasn’t a fluke, and even though their defense could still use a little more talent, they already have a much better roster than last season.
And if they continue to buy in on Campbell’s team-first philosophy and keep pushing toward a common goal, this team could turn a lot of heads way sooner than expected.
