The audio launch event of Shah Rukh Khan‘s upcoming film Jawan, directed by Atlee, was a grand affair that took place at Sri Sai Ram Engineering College in Chennai today. The event was attended by the film’s cast and crew, including Atlee, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sunil Grover, and Yogi Babu, as well as music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The event was also live-streamed on various platforms for the fans who could not make it to the venue.
Priyamani mentions Thalapathy’s Vijay’s Leo and crowd goes berserk
One of the highlights of the event was when Priyamani, who plays a pivotal role in Jawan, took the stage and spoke about her experience of working with Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee.
While praising Anirudh, Priyamani said that Jawan would be another feather in his cap along with Vijay’s Leo, and to no surprise, the crowd went berserk for a good five minutes. This action thriller film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is scheduled for a theatrical release on October 19, 2023.
As soon as she uttered Vijay’s name, the crowd erupted in cheers and chants of “Thalapathy Thalapathy”.

Shah Rukh Khan Dances To Zinda Banda With Anirudh
Another highlight of the event was when Shah Rukh Khan joined Anirudh Ravichander on stage and danced to the song Zinda Banda from Jawan. The song, which was released a few days ago, has become a huge hit among the fans. SRK showed off his energetic moves and charisma as he grooved to the catchy tune. He also thanked the fans for their love and support and said that he was overwhelmed by their response.

Shah Rukh Khan, Priyamani, Sunil Grover recreate Chennai Express song
The event also saw SRK, Priyamani, and Sunil Grover recreating the popular song One Two Three Four from Chennai Express, which was released in 2013. The trio matched steps and had fun as they performed the song for the audience.
