The Miami Dolphins came into the 2023 NFL season with high hopes of being one of the best teams in the league with an offense that seems virtually unstoppable.

So far, with the exception of the loss to the division-rival Buffalo Bills, the Dolphins have been as advertised, with Tua Tagovailoa making a case for NFL MVP and Tyreek Hill putting on a show on a weekly basis with NFL history on his mind.

During the win over the Carolina Panthers in Week 6, Hill had another incredible performance, racking up 163 receiving yards and a touchdown to help secure the team’s fifth win of the season.

Along with being virtually unguardable during Sunday’s win over the Panthers, Hill put a little something extra into his touchdown celebration as he recorded himself on someone’s cell phone doing a backflip in the endzone.

Hill talked about the touchdown celebration after the game via Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network.

“I know the NFL is going to fine me for it.  It’s worth it though…Every time I step on the field, I want to make it memorable.” Hill said.

As Hill makes abundantly clear, he knows he’ll get fined for this touchdown celebration, but he chose to do it anyway, as he wants to make every moment memorable.

However, he should be careful because the league could choose to make an example of him with a hefty fine or possibly even threaten suspension if he decides to do it again.

Even though it was entertaining and something people will talk about all week, the NFL doesn’t like the use of props during touchdown celebrations and likely isn’t happy about what they saw on Sunday in Miami.
