Authorities are chasing a fleeing driver in the West Los Angeles area Thursday afternoon.
It is unclear what the driver is wanted on suspicion for and where the chase began.
By 12:10 p.m., the driver was doing donuts in the Venice area before continuing to elude authorities on surface streets.
