After struggling earlier this season, the Denver Broncos have staged a revival by winning each of their last five games.

Those wins haven’t really been a thing of beauty, but they have found a way to come through, and all of a sudden, with a 6-5 record they have a real shot at making the playoffs.

Quarterback Russell Wilson is starting to look like his old self again, and wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has been cleared to play in this Sunday’s game versus the Houston Texans, per Zac Stevens.

The Texans are also 6-5, and this contest will therefore be big in terms of Denver’s postseason chances.

While fellow wideout Courtland Sutton leads the team in receiving yards and receiving touchdowns, Jeudy is its No. 2 offensive threat, and he has 440 yards and one touchdown through 10 games this season.

With their help, Denver is seventh in passing touchdowns at this point of the season.

One key to their recent success has been their ability to force turnovers — in fact, they rank first in forced turnovers and forced fumbles.

They will face a challenge this weekend in rookie Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud, who is not only playing very well but has thrown only five interceptions all season.

The big concern this year for the Broncos is their defense, which ranks near the bottom of the NFL in several categories and will have to deal with two young stud wideouts in Tank Dell and Nico Collins on Sunday.

The Broncos haven’t made the playoffs since the 2015 season, when Peyton Manning led them to the Super Bowl championship in his final season.
