SAN LORENZO – A woman was startled awake by intruders Wednesday in San Lorenzo, authorities said.
The interrupted residential burglary was reported around 4:30 a.m. in the 900 block of Ferro Drive, the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office said in a community alert.
The victim told authorities she awoke to one of three suspects shining a light in her face.
The suspects then left the home with the victim’s purse, which contained $100 in cash, the sheriff’s office said. The victim was not physically harmed during the incident.
Detailed descriptions of the suspects were not available Wednesday.
