It’s Thursday afternoon in New York City where former Mayor Michael Bloomberg loves a noisy restaurant.
At a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of the Perelman Performing Arts Center, Bloomberg said it was so packed at his dinner the night before that people were looking down at his food. But while that may be annoying for some, it’s a good thing for Bloomberg, who said he’s happy to see the city bustling with people once more.
