India rejects Hague arbitration, stands firm on Indus Waters Treaty amid Pakistan tensions

India skips Feb 2-3 hearings at The Hague’s Court of Arbitration, calling it “illegally constituted” and refusing to submit hydropower logbooks as the 1960 Indus Water Treaty  remains in abeyance since April 2025 post-Pahalgam terror attack linked to Pakistan.
