Foreign players are taking the NBA by storm right now.
We haven’t had an American-born MVP in quite a while, with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, and Joel Embiid dominating the rankings.
That’s not much of a surprise, as more players are coming from overseas by the year, and there’s no longer that stigma of European players being unathletic, poor defenders, or whatnot.
With that in mind, Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic was asked to share his All-European starting lineup, and it was quite interesting (Via Euro Hoops and NBA Central).

Unsurprisingly, he chose Luka Doncic to be his point guard.
They looked quite close during the All-Star Weekend, and Doncic has already established himself as a superstar in the league for his playmaking and shot-making skills.
Bogdan Bogdanovic got the nod at shooting guard.
Talking about shot-makers, Bogdanovic can score efficiently from all three levels, and he’s a high-IQ player on offense.
He later chose Dario Saric to be his starting small forward.
The Golden State Warriors F/C is a versatile player who can guard multiple positions and stretch the floor with his shooting.
Then, he chose Chicago Bulls big Nikola Vucevic to work alongside at power forward.
While not much of a bruiser, Vucevic can shoot lights out, and he’s a very dominant offensive rebounder.
Last but not least, he chose himself to be the starting center.
Still, we all know he can also operate as a point guard, as he’s the greatest passing big man this game has ever seen.
