Pakistan: Toll From Monsoon-Related Deaths Rises To 299, Including 140 Children

Heavy monsoon rains since June 26 have killed 299 people, including 140 children, and injured over 700, according to NDMA. Floods have damaged 1,676 homes and displaced thousands. Relief efforts are ongoing as more rain is forecast in Punjab, KP, Islamabad, and Gilgit-Baltistan from August 4–7.
