The trailer of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol, was released yesterday on November 23 and has created a sensation among the fans and cinephiles on social media.
The trailer, which is over three minutes long, showcases Ranbir Kapoor in a violent and obsessive avatar, as he seeks revenge from his father Anil Kapoor and his rival Bobby Deol. The film, which is slated to release on December 1, is expected to be a gritty and dark action thriller with a twisted father-son relationship at its core.
Animal Will Be Screened At Popular Pricing
Ranbir Kapoor fans can rejoice as makers have decided to keep ticket rates of the film under check. Film will be available in your nearest cinema at popular pricing similar to Gadar 2, blockbuster earlier in the year.
It means that film tickets will be priced 30% less than Jawan, Pathaan and Tiger 3. This is a good news considering the content of the film is for masses and masses can enjoy the film on budget prices. Film is pegged to open at 40 cr nett all India and it can go higher depending on advance bookings.

Animal has got ‘Only Adults’ certificate from CBFC and it is 3 hours 21 minutes long. This means film has to be exceptionally good in order to hold such a long run time and adult certificate might limit its audience to an extent as family crowd might keep distance.

Just a couple of days back, the makers released the film’s song Arjan Vailly which has received immense love from the audience. Apart from that, the songs, Hua Main, Satranga, and Papa Meri Jaan have also received rave reviews. Backed by Bhushan Kumar, Pranay Reddy Vanga, Murad Khetani, and Krishan Kumar, the film is scheduled to hit the theaters on December 1.
Notably, the film will also face a clash with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur, directed by Meghna Gulzar.
