Stefan Parsons, the son of former racer and current broadcaster Phil Parsons, has announced that he will run select races at Henderson Motorsports in the 2024 NASCAR Truck Series season.
Parsons will drive the #75 Chevrolet Silverado for the team with sponsorship from Food Country USA. However, Parsons has not announced what other races he will compete in 2024.
The 25-year-old driver made five starts last year in the Truck Series, with a best finish of P22 which came at Nashville Superspeedway.
Stefan Parsons is elated to join Henderson Motorsports in the Truck Series and is looking forward to representing Food Country USA this season.
In a post on X, Parsons announced:
“I’m so excited for the opportunity to drive the Henderson Motorsports No. 75 @TeamChevy this season in the @NASCAR_Trucks. I’m looking forward to representing @FoodCountryUSA and so many other great organizations in our quest for (Checkered Flags). Can’t wait to get to work @DAYTONA!”
Stefan Parsons is the son of former NASCAR driver Phil Parsons and nephew of NASCAR Hall of Famer Benny Parsons. His father had made 203 Cup starts, and 285 Xfinity starts, having one Cup and two Xfinity wins.
Henderson Motorsports competed in eight Truck races in 2023 – seven starts came with Parker Kligerman and one with Sean Hingorani. The organization holds two Truck wins, both with Kligerman behind the wheel. In addition, they have won three races in the Xfinity Series.

The 25-year-old driver made his NASCAR debut in the Truck Series at Bristol Motor Speedway for Premium Motorsports, where he finished 17th.
Parsons has made 11 appearances in the NASCAR Truck Series as well as 65 starts in the Xfinity Series with top 10 results. His career-best finish of P8 came at Bristol in 2022.
Catch Stefan Parsons in action when the 2024 NASCAR Truck Series season kicks off at the Daytona International Speedway on Friday, February 16. The opening race of the season will be telecast live on FS1, with radio coverage provided by the Motor Racing Network (MRN) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
